
Seniors will soon have their very own class at The Peaceful Warrior School! Beginning in late October- early November 2011 we will be offering a "Senior Class" (those ages 50 & up) who are looking to get a bit more active. This is not a typical karate class, it has actually been developed by Master Mateo through years of research, training and modification to best suit the needs of the "senior set".
Classes will consist of light warm ups and stretching, basic breathing exercises and a "form" (a series of movements) to keep the body healthy and active. This class is designed to promote better health and mobility for the student. All fitness levels are invited to participate.
Classes will be 45 minutes, twice per week. Class days and times will be posted soon! VERY AFFORDABLE !
